Leatherman Wingman Faulty Pair of Scissors

In this video, I showed one Leatherman Wingman that I had with faulty pair of scissors.  This was the first time I experienced with this fault.  I contacted Leatherman and this product was replaced with no cost.  This again proved that Leatherman has great product warranty support.  Please have a look on this video and maybe you have the same problem on your tool.
